We recommend booking 8–12 weeks before SEMA to ensure the best talent selection from our full roster. However, we regularly accommodate requests with 2–4 weeks notice and can handle last-minute requests depending on availability. Contact us as early as possible to secure your preferred talent.

Yes, we are currently accepting bookings for SEMA Show 2025 (November 4–7, Las Vegas Convention Center). Availability fills quickly as we approach the show date, so we recommend submitting your inquiry as soon as possible.

Absolutely. We offer single-day, multi-day, and full 4-day coverage. Many clients book for specific days based on their booth schedule, press events, or VIP entertainment plans. We'll work with your exact schedule.

Our standard cancellation policy allows full refunds for cancellations made 30+ days before the event. Cancellations within 14–29 days are subject to a 25% fee. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a 50% fee. Force majeure situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Yes. If you've worked with specific TLC talent previously and want to request them again, simply note their names in your inquiry. We'll do our best to accommodate returning talent requests, subject to their availability.

Yes. Many of our clients sign annual retainer agreements that guarantee priority booking, preferred rates, and dedicated account management. Contact us to discuss retainer options.

Submit your inquiry via our contact form or call us directly. We'll respond within 24 hours with a custom proposal. Once approved, we send a formal agreement, collect a deposit, and begin talent curation. You'll receive final talent confirmations 2 weeks before your event.

We require a 30% deposit to confirm your booking and begin talent curation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event start date.
